非农收入、劳动力流转与种植业结构调整——基于省际面板数据的实证研究

Non-Farm Income,Labor Ttransfer and Planting Structure Adjustment

应用农业部农村经济研究中心农村固定观察点2008-2015年调查数据对非农收入、劳动力流转与种植业结构调整之间作用机制进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,随着我国农业现代化进程不断推进,农户根据家庭资源禀赋差异向家庭收入较高的部门转移,非农收入提高带动农村劳动力转移的同时促进种植业结构调整。因此,促进农民增收,推动科技创新,实现规模化经营是实现农业现代化发展的有效途径。

This paper analyzes the non-farm income,labor force and mechanism to adjust the planting structure,and the relationship was analyzed by China USDA rural economy research center of rural fixed observation spot survey data empirical research from 2008-2015. Results show that the peasant household transfers to the department with higher income according to the difference of family resource endowment,With the deeping of the process of agricultural modernization,non-farm income growth driven by the transfer of rural labor force to stimulate the growth of the crop structure adjustment. Therefore,increasing farmers＇ income,promoting scientific and technological innovation to achieve the scale of operation is to realize the effective way of the agricultural modernization development.
