中国海洋产业园区空间布局研究

Study on the Spatial Distribution of Marine Industrial Parks in China

在海洋经济发展布局中,海洋产业园区是海洋经济发展、海洋产业结构调整、海洋创新能力提升的支撑载体。目前,我国已形成了多层次的海洋产业园区体系,但不可否认的是,我国海洋产业园区布局还存在一些不容忽视的问题。"十三五"期间是我国实施海洋强国战略、"一带一路"战略的关键时期,促进海洋产业园区进一步优化布局,是必须加以认真研究的重要课题之一。对我国现有海洋产业园区发展现状和存在问题进行了分析,进而提出"十三五"时期我国海洋产业园区空间架构及相关对策建议。

Marine industrial park is the important support in developing marine economics,adjusting marine industrial structure and enhancing marine innovation capacity. At present,China has formed a multi-level marine industrial park system to some extent. But some problems existing in the spatial distribution of marine industrial park cannot be ignored. The ＂13th Five-year＂is the critical period to implement Ocean Power Strategy and ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂. Optimizing the distribution of marine industrial park has become one of the important issues we must be seriously treated. This article intends to analyze the present situation and problems of the existing marine industrial parks in China,and then put forward some suggestions on the spatial structure of marine industrial parks in the ＂13th Five-year＂period.
