In the ear of＂Internet ＋＂, how to make use of a variety of new media technologies to innovate a knowledgeinformation service mode of university libries and to improve the level of socialized services, is an urgent problem facedby the library personnels.This paper analyzes the demand of the socialized service of the local university libraries andthe domestic and foreign research situation, researches and explores the socialized service mode of local universitylibraries in the era of＂Internet ＋＂.
