大学工程训练中心师资队伍建设思考

Thinking on construction of teaching staff in engineering training center

文章针对塔里木大学工程训练中心建设发展中师资队伍基础弱、数量少、质量不高等问题,分析上述问题存在的原因,采取加强大学生创新、创业能力培养,积极主动加入学校科研和社会服务中提高工程训练中心影响力等措施,扭转学校对工程训练的不利认识,争取学校对人才招聘、人才考核、人才培养等方面政策支持。

This paper, in view of the existing problems in construction and development of enginneering training centerof Tarim University engineering, such as the teaching staff is of weak foundation, of few number and of not high quality,analyzes the reasons of these problems, and puts forward measures including cultivating students＇ ability of innovatingand starting up own business and actively join the university scientific research and social service in order to improvethe influence of engineering training center, and reverse the negative cognition of the university on the engineeringtraining center and strive for policy support of the university in school talent recruitment, talent assessment and talentcultivation, etc.
