摘要
目的:进一步研究使用海藻酸盐制模提取不同客体上潜血足迹及化学增强显现方法。方法:依据海藻酸盐能和不同承载客体上血足迹中血的结合原理,利用多种海藻酸盐制模材料提取不同客体表面潜在的血足迹印痕,并通过氨基黑、ABTS试剂加以显现。结果:海藻酸盐印模材料能够完整提取承痕客体上的潜在血足迹,经过显现可以观察到清晰的细节特征。结论:海藻酸盐制模材料能够提取不同客体上的潜在血足迹,并可以通过化学显现方法增强反差,为检验鉴定提供条件。
Objective :To further study the method of using alginate modeling to extract the latent blood footprints andchemical enhancement of visualization of different objects.Methods:Based on the principle of combining alginate withblood in different bloodborne objects, the potential blood footprints of different surface were extracted by using variousalginate molding materials, and the results were revealed by amino-black and ABTS reagents.Results :The alginatemodeling material could extract the latent blood footprints on the target completely, and clear details could be observedafter chemical visualization.Conclusion:Alginate modeling material can extract the latent blood footprints on differentobjects, and enhance the contrast by chemical manifestation, which provides the conditions for the identification.
