摘要
本文以田野叙事来研讨一部民族志电影制作的失败原因,其侧重点是置影片于青海省果洛州阿尼玛卿神山的前期拍摄过程,用意是在于凸显民族志田野元素和结构的复杂性,从而在人类学对表征问题的研讨语境下提出影像和文本应该是平行的、共存的。通过对拍摄过程的反思,强调民族志无论是由文字撰写还是用影像设备勾画而成都是一类多维度的文本(multiscape text),其中心论点是民族志电影或文本是一张地境(landscape)与心境(mindscape)相连的情感地形图。
This article discusses the causes to the failure of a visual anthropology project through the author's ethnographic narratives. It focuses on the preproduction process of a documentary film concerning Mt. Amne Machen in Golok, Qinghai Province for the purpose of highlighting the complexity of ethnographic filmmaking with all natural and cultural factors considered. In the context of representation politics in anthropology, this article discusses how visual and literary ethnographical accounts are parallel and co-exist with one another, and argues that both visual and written ethnographies are multi-scape texts that are interwoven with landscape and mindscape.
