摘要
为了提高钢管水压试验的工作效率,延长水压试验中密封系统的使用寿命,设计了一种组合式大间隙径向密封。该大间隙密封由聚氨酯支撑胶环,扇形块和L形块组成。介绍了大间隙径向密封的设计原理,分析了影响大间隙密封使用寿命的因素,并给出了相应的解决措施。实际使用结果表明,该组合式大间隙径向密封有效地满足了油套管高压力水压试验机的技术要求,现场使用寿命超过了3 500次,具有不损伤钢管、节奏快等优点。
In order to improve the work efficiency of steel pipe hydrostatic test, extend the service life of sealing system in hydraulic pressure test, a kind of combined large gap radial seal was designed. This large gap seal was composed of polyurethane support rubber ring, fan-shaped block and L-shaped block. In this article, it introduced the design principle of large gap radial seal, analyzed the factors affecting the service life of the large gap seal, and gave the corresponding solution measures. The practical use results showed that the combined large gap radial seal effectively meet the technical requirements of tubing and casing high pressure hydraulic testing machine, the field service life exceeds more than 3 500 times, has the advantages of no damage to steel pipe, fast cadence etc.
