中国对外贸易发展方式转变评价指标构建与实证研究

Establishment of the Evaluation Index of Transformation of China's Foreign Trade Development Mode and Its Empirical Study

以对外贸易发展方式转变内涵为核心,根据贸易恒等式得到评价贸易发展方式转变的指标体系,利用合作博弈中夏普利值法计算各指标在贸易发展中的贡献度,从资源利用和市场开拓两个角度对我国贸易发展方式转变效果进行评价。结果显示:无论从资源利用方式还是市场开拓方式看,我国贸易发展方式转变均取得一定效果,但仍存在相关问题。未来推进我国贸易发展方式转变的政策重点应放在提高国民经济中出口部门与非出口部门技术协调性与企业创新能力两个方面。

This article takes the transformation connotation of foreign trade mode as core, obtains index system of trans- formation of evaluation trade development mode according to trade identical equation, uses Shapley value method in coopera- tive game to calculate the contribution degree of each index in trade development, and evaluates the transformation effects of Cbina＇s trade development mode from the perspective of resource utility and market development. The results show that： no matter from the resource utility mode or market development, China＇s trade development transformation both gain some ef- fects, but there still exists related problems. The future policy priorities to promote China＇s trade development mode transfor- mation should focus on increasing technique coordination between export division and non-export division in national econo- my and enterprise innovative capacity.
