摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法对安徽省高等师范院校体育教师的职业压力进行了调查研究。结果发现:大部分体育教师在教学工作中受科研需求、职业期待、学校管理等因素的影响,产生了较大的职业压力。借此从教师自身、学校管理和社会环境层面采取了相应的压力缓解措施,并为相关教育部门教育改革提供一定的借鉴与参考价值。
The professional stress of PE teachers in Anhui normal universities was investigated and ana- lyzed by the means of document literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey and mathematical statis- tics. The result shows that nowadays most of PE teachers have suffered from great occupational stress stem- med mainly from such factors as the requirements for scientific research, career expectation and school management. Thus it presents the measures to relieve pressure in terms of teachers themselves school man- agement and social environment in the paper, which may provide some reference value for the educational reform of the education department.
