习近平指出,"只有全党思想和意志统一了,才能统一全国各族人民思想和意志,才能形成推进改革的强大合力"。在社会主义核心价值观的带领下,全党及其各族人民达成了思想上的认同,提高了精神上的动力,展现出了中华民族强大的凝聚力和向心力。同时,习近平的系列讲话牢牢抓住时代主题,并对思想政治教育工作做出了新的具体要求。因此,思想政治教育工作者应高度重视讲话精神,及时做出调整,发挥榜样力量,发挥模范带头作用。本文通过三部分进行分析:第一部分明确思想政治教育工作者榜样作用的基本内涵,第二部分总结在习近平系列讲话中对思想政治教育工作者榜样作用的新要求。第三部分分析在新的要求之下如何发挥思想政治教育工作者榜样作用。

The third part is the analysis for how to play under the new ideological and political education workers role mod- els.
