一般来说,日记是写作者按照一定的时间顺序记录自己日常生活的一种私人话语。日记内容非常丰富,写作方面十分广泛,有的是写作者对的生活琐事以及心得体会的记录,有的却是关系到时局的大事的披露。涉及到经济、政治、文化、军事等多个方面。毫无疑问,不论日记作者所记具体内容是怎样的,这些文字之中都会存储大量的历史信息,是我们后世研究当时历史的宝贵史料。本文通过查阅各种资料就日记的含义、特点、分类以及价值做了一个简单的阐述。重点强调了日记的社会价值和个人价值两个方面,以期越来越多的史学者更加重视对日记这一史料价值的研究。

Generally speaking, the diary is a kind of personal discourse which is written by the author to record his daily life in a certain time sequence. Diary is very rich in content, writing is very extensive, some are written by the author of the life and experience of the record. Some of it is related to the disclosure of the event, involved in economic, political, cultural, military and other aspects. No matter how the diary author is written, there is no doubt that there will be a lot of historical information stored in these words, which is a valuable historical data for the study of the history of the later ages. In this paper, through ac- cess to a variety of information on the meaning of the diary, characteristics, classification, and the value of a simple exposition. The emphasis is on the two aspects of the social value and individual value of the diary, in order to more and more scholars pay more attention to the study of the value of the historical materials.
