高校教师职业幸福感:现实状况与提升路径

摘要 高校教师是培养大学生思想和政治方面工作的中坚力量,也是引导和组织大学生团队建设的领路人。高校老师由于年龄和大学生差距不大,在和大学生朝夕相处的过程中,对其产生的影响至关重要。现阶段国内很多领域对于高校教师的职业热情和工作能力进行着关注,却忽略了对于高校教师幸福感的培养。由于对待职业的幸福感不够满足,因此在一定程度上影响了高校教师工作期间的成就和效率,间接地阻碍了学校的朝着高等人才培养的目标发展。 Teacher is the backbone of the cultivation of college students'ideological and political work, but also to guide and organize the students" team leader. Because of the age gap is not large, in the process of being together with college students morning and night, the influence of the teachers is crucial to students. At this stage, many domestic areas of the university teachers'professional enthusiasm and work ability we should pay attention to, but we ignore the cultivation of college teachers' happiness. Because the sense of happiness is not enough to satisfy, so to some extent, the achievement and efficiency of the university teachers'work is affected and the development of the school's goal is indirectly hindered.
