面向南亚东南亚云南机电技术人才培养与输出的对策

The Strategy for Cultivation and Export of Yunnan Mechanical and Electrical Technology Talents for South Asia and Southeast Asia

云南作为"一带一路"建设的前沿省份,"一带一路"战略为云南高校快速发展,推进教育国际化带来了诸多发展机遇。本文以"一带一路"建设战略对机电技术人才的需求,如何为走出去企业提供机电技术人才支撑,服务于云南省面向南亚东南亚区域辐射中心建设和国家"一带一路"建设为视角。分析了云南面向南亚东南亚机电技术人才培养与输出的现状和存在的问题,并结合相关问题提出了对策或建议。

Yunnan as ＂the frontier provinces of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ initiative, which has also provided a number of opportunities for the rapid development and internationalization of Yunnan higher education. This paper takes the need of electromechanical technology talents in ＂One Belt and One Road ＂strategy on how to provide talent support for enterprises set branches in other countries, how to serve the South and Southeast Asia regional radiation center construction and the national ＂ One Belt and One Road＂ construction perspective into consideration. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the cultivation and export of electromechanical technology talents serving the South and Southeast Asia in Yunnan, and puts forward some and suggestions.
