大学生活中辅导员作为学生与学校之间联系的桥梁,是班级的教育者、管理者、领导者。高职院校辅导员对于自身工作的满意程度的好坏会直接影响到自身的工作状况,也会对学生的发展产生阻碍,对整个教育的过程都会有消极的不良作用。因此本文以"高职院校辅导员工作满意度调查研究"作为主题,归纳出对高职院校辅导员工作满意度产生影响的相关因素,提出具有针对性的有效解决策略。

As a bridge between students and schools, the counselors in university life are the class of the educators, managers and leaders, the degree of satisfaction of vocational college counselors in their work will directly affect the work of their own situation, which will hinder the development of students of the entire education process. There will be bad negative effect. So this paper takes the investigation of job satisfaction of counselors in higher vocational colleges as the theme, it summarizes the related factors that influence job satisfaction of counselors in higher vocational colleges and puts forward effective solving strategies.
