摘要
当前《物流法规》课程教学设计面临教师难以选择教学内容、学生学习兴趣不高等两个普遍性难题,以"就业导向"作为教学改革的指导思想,把培养学生法制意识和解决物流业务纠纷能力作为课程教学目标,实施"项目导向,任务驱动"教学,能有效缓解这两个问题。微课也应作为课程教学改革的重要内容,遵循适用性、适量性、有效利用等原则开发出《物流法规》微课,辅助课堂教学、丰富教学资源,进一步提高教学效果。
There are two universal problem in the logistics law course teaching design of current higher vocational colleges, such as how to choose teaching content and mobilize studentslearning interest. In order to relieve the two problems effectively, we can take "employment guidance" as the guiding ideology of teaching reform and take cultivate students'legal consciousness and the ability to solve the logistics business dispute as teaching goal and we can carry "project orientation, task driven" out. Micro class should also be as an important content of the course teaching reform. In order to enrich teaching resources and improve teaching effect, we should follow the principle of applicability, moderate and effective utilization of developing as well as micro class of the logistics law course.
