The main purpose of the real estate enterprise to carry out the project management is to realize the rationality and the plan of the organization.But many companies are still using a relatively backward management modet.ln order to promote the development of real estate enterprises, this paper makes a detailed analysis of several common management modes of real estate enterprises, narrates the importance of real estate project management, and puts forward some improvement measures.
