针对当前我国企业政工所面临的问题,企业政工发展能否跟上企业的发展,笔者提出新时期企业政工工作的改革路径。

According to the problems which were enterprise political work faced in China, whether the development of enterprise political work can keep pace with the enterprise＇ s development or not, this paper puts forward the reform method for enterprise political work in the new period.
