SSBR替代ESBR对V带压缩胶生热的影响

摘要 研究了不同用量的溶聚丁苯胶(SSBR)替代原配方中的乳聚丁苯胶(ESBR)对V带压缩胶的物理机械性能、压缩生热的影响,并通过损耗因子、压缩温升等表征其对V带压缩胶生热的影响。结果表明,随着SSBR代替量逐渐增大对压缩胶拉伸强度、定伸应力有所提升,断裂伸长率、硬度变化不大,且门尼黏度变化不大,对挤出加工性能影响不大。由RPA温度扫描知在V带正常工作温度80℃时随着SSBR代替量逐渐增大损耗因子有所下降。压缩温升随着SSBR代替量逐渐增大所有下降,最高降低5℃。综合可知,当SSBR全部替换原配方中的ESBR时有较好的综合性能。 This paper study on effect of substitute ESBR for SSBR on V belt compression glue heating of the original formula on the physical and mechanical properties, and characterize the effect of V-belt compression rubber heat by loss factor and temperature rising in compression flexometer testing. The results showed that the tensile strength and 100% modulus, 200% modulus,300% modulus increased with the increasing of SSBR content, the elongation at break and the hardness changed little. According to temperature sweep analysis of RPA, the ESBR/SSBR with 0/35 has the lowest heat at 80 ~C that the normal working temperature of V-belt and temperature rising in compression flexometer testing is lower than the original formula 5℃. It is known that the V-belt compression rubber has better comprehensive performance when the SSBR is completely replaced the ESBR of the original formula.
