摘要
研究了对炭黑原位改性对丁腈橡胶性能的影响,这里的改性剂用一种硅烷偶联剂KH-550作为改性剂;最后研究了用少量白炭黑等量代替炭黑对胶料耐油性的影响,并考虑用偶联剂改性的工艺性和用量问题。实验结果表明:当KH-550添加量为2~3份时,焦烧时间适中;随着KH-550加入量增加,交联密度增大;KH-550的加入提高了力学性能、耐老化性以及耐介质性。
In this paper, the effect of in situ modification of carbon black on the properties of nitrile rubber was studied. The modifier was used as modifier for the silane coupling agent KH-550. Finally, a small amount of silica was used instead of carbon black Rubber oil resistance, and consider the use of coupling agent process and the amount of the problem. The results showed that when the amount of KH-550 was 2-3 phr, the time of burning was moderate. With the increase of KH-550, the crosslinking density increased. The addition of KH-550 improved the mechanical properties, aging resistance and resistance to medium.
