基于嵌入性的企业外部互补性资产合作研究

Research on the Cooperative Issues of External Complementary Assets of Enterprise Based on Embeddedness

本文采用多案例研究方法,以国内3个行业的3家企业的3类外部互补性资产为研究对象,探索性研究嵌入性如何以及为何能解决企业与外部互补性资产间的合作问题。研究发现,通过建立了人际信任,外部互补性资产网络中易受害方成员可以减少合作制度设计不公平性引起的合作问题;为减少合作任务特征引起的合作问题,沿着合作任务复杂性由低到高的动态连续体,外部互补性资产网络中易受害方成员从寻求依赖以人际信任为主转向依赖以组织间信任为主;通过交流,外部互补性资产网络中易受害方成员可以减少由目标不一致性引起的合作问题。本研究也延伸了协作治理理论。

Using the multiple cases study method to build theory,this paper explores how and why embeddedness can influence the settlement of cooperative issues of internal and external complementary assets,by studying three kinds of external complementary assets of three companies from three domestic industries as the research objects.To reduce the cooperation issues caused by inequities of cooperation institution,the vulnerable members of external complementary assets network may seek to establish interpersonal trust.To reduce the cooperation issues caused by cooperative task characteristics,along the dynamic continuum of cooperative task complexity from low to high,the vulnerable members of external complementary assets network may shift from mainly relying on interpersonal trust to mainly relying on inter-organizational trust.To reduce the cooperation issues caused by target inconsistency,the vulnerable members of external complementary assets network may seek to communicate.Furthermore,this study extends the theory of collaborative governance.
