Based on the concept of low-to-no power EMS warfare,the capability requirements for the EMS warfare systems such as networked,agile,small,multifunctional and adaptive are analyzed,the operational modes that find enemy forces using passive detection and protect penetrating forces form detection and attack are discussed.
