采用HPLC高效液相色谱法,分析比较了怀牛膝根、茎、叶的共有指纹峰,发现这三个不同部位有三个共有指纹峰,且差异明显,可以作为怀牛膝不同部位质量控制的依据之一。

HPLC chromatography of three different parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae was compared. By HPLC, the common fingerprint peaks were analyzed and compared. There were three common fingerprint peaks in HPLC chromatography. They have obvious difference. They can be used as the important parameters of the quality control for different parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae.
