摘要
目的 :了解雌激素受体 (ER)、孕激素受体 (PR)、雄激素受体 (AR)在脑膜瘤中的表达情况以及在脑膜瘤中 3种受体表达间的相互关系。方法 :采用链霉菌抗生素蛋白 -过氧化酶 (SP)免疫组化法对 4 5例脑膜瘤石蜡切片进行 ER、PR和 AR的检测。采用χ2 检验、spearman等级相关分析法对 3种性激素受体间的相关关系 ,以及 3种受体在实验组与对照组中表达的差异性进行统计学分析。结果 :(1)脑膜瘤中存在性激素受体的表达。AR阳性率为 5 3.33% (2 4 / 4 5 ) ,ER为 2 4 .4 4 % (11/ 4 5 ) ,PR为 6 2 .2 2 % (2 8/ 4 5 )。 (2 ) AR与 PR间存在相关性 (r=0 .316 5 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,AR与 ER、ER与 PR间无相关性 (P>0 .0 5 )。(3) 3种性激素受体在男女患者中的表达差异无显著性 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论 :(1) AR、PR在脑膜瘤中有较高的表达率 ,而 ER的表达率较低。 (2 ) AR、PR间存在相关性 ,PR的表达可能受雄激素系统调节。
Objective: The aim of this study were to examine the expression of gonadal hormone receptors in human meningiomas, evaluate their correlation with the receptors themselves .Methods: Meningiomas from 45 patients were evaluated immunocytochemically for sex hormone receptors using specific monoclonal antibodies,with sensitive immunohistochemistry, Streptavidin-Peroxidase (SP) method. Data were analyzed by chi-square test, analysis of Spearman rank correlation using software of Stata 6.0. Results: (1) AR positive was found in 24 cases (53.33%), ER positive was found in 11 cases (24.44%) and PR positive was found in 28 cases (62.22%). (2) AR correlated with PR (P<0.05), but there is no relationship either between AR and ER(P>0.05), or between PR and ER (P>0.05). (3) No clear correlation was found between all types of sex hormone receptors status and sex of patients. Conclusions: (1) AR and PR express highly in meningiomas ,but ER expresses relatively low level.(2) Positive coorelation exits between AR and PR, which indicates expression of PR is regulated by the system of androgen.
