摘要
采用液相包覆法制备了SiO_2包裹的BaTi_(0.9)Zr_(0.1)O_3+0.5mol%Yb_2O_3(SiO_2-BZT)基复合粉体。EDS结果检测出了Si峰。XRD结果表明.随着包裹量的增加.SiO_2进入晶粒内部发生反应,产生了新相Ba_2TiSi_2O_8。SEM结果表明,SiO_2的包裹,在一定程度上具有细化晶粒的作用。随着包裹量的增加,介温特性得到改善。
SiO2-BaTi0.9Zr0.1O3+0.5mol%Yb2O3 (SiO2-BZT) composite powder was prepared by liquid-phase cladding process. EDS detected the Si peak. XRD results showed that with the increase of the amount of SiO2, SiO2 entered the grains and produced a new phase Ba2TiSi2O8. SEM results indicated that, SiO2 encapsulation refned grains to some extent. With the increase in coating amount, dielectric-temperature characteristics were improved.
