摘要
古陶瓷是将中国传统文化具体化、艺术化的一种重要载体,它同时也是使世界了解中国传统文化的一道极其不可或缺的纽带。在无损检测领域,随着计算机技术的日益强大,数字图像处理技术的应用有着其不可忽视的优势,在无损检测领域已经逐渐发展成为一个极有优势的分支。论文利用OpenCV(Open Source Computer Vision Library)平台,通过多次针对图像处理中的相关形态学操作进行调试,最后运用改进后的边缘检测算子IMP-Canny对古陶瓷进行裂纹检测。IMPCanny算子的可行性和有效性在实验中得到了很好的验证。这为古陶瓷裂纹检测领域提供了一种全新的研究思路和检测方法。
Ancient ceramics is the embodiment of Chinese traditional culture and an important carrier of art, which is an indispensable link that also gets the world to know China's traditional culture. With the growing of computer technology, digital image processing has gradually developed into a branch of great advantage which cannot be ignored in the feld of nondestructive testing. This paper uses OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision Library) platform, multiple related morphological operations in image processing for debugging, and the improved edge detection operator IMP - Canny to detect cracks in ancient ceramics. The feasibility and effectiveness of IMP - Canny operator are proved in the experiment verifcation. The study provides a new research idea and method for ancient ceramic crack detection.
