安氏Ⅱ~1类错治疗前后软硬组织变化的研究

A STUDY OF THE CHANGES OF SOFT AND HARD TISSUE BEFORE AND AFTER TREATMENT IN ANGLE CLASS Ⅱ~1 CASES

目的 :探讨安氏 1 类错用方丝弓固定矫治器进行减数治疗后 ,软、硬组织的突度变化。方法 :选择 2 6例 11～ 16岁拔除 4个第一双尖牙的安氏 1类错病例 ,用方丝弓矫治技术 ,矫治前后均拍摄头颅定位侧位片 ,进行头影测量和统计分析。结果 :正畸治疗后 ,SNA减小 1.1°,⊥ - NA角度减小 13.3°,⊥ - T角度增加 19.9°,上唇倾角增加 10 .4°,下唇倾角增加 5 .9°,上下唇角增加 15 .8°,均具有统计学意义。结论 :安氏 1类拔牙矫治可取得明显的软、硬组织突度的改变 ,主要是上颌及上颌前牙突度减小和上下唇突度减小。

Objective: To evaluate soft and hard tissue profile changes in Angle classⅡ 1cases after extraction treatment with edgewise appliance . Methods:Patients with class Ⅱ 1malocclusion aged 11～16 was selected. All patients were treated with edgewise technique and 4 premolar extraction .Cephalometrics before treatment and after treatment were performed. Cephalometric measurement was obtained and statistical analysis. Results:SNA reduced 1.1°(p<0.05),⊥-NA reduced 13.3 °(p<0.01), ⊥-T increased 19.9 °(p<0.01),A'UL-FH increased 10.4 °(p<0.01),B'LL-FH increased 5.9 °(p<0.01),A’LL-B’LL increased 15.8 °(p<0.01). Conclusion: In Angle class Ⅱ 1cases,obvious soft and hard tissue profile changes can be achieved after extraction treatment .The main changes were the reduction of maxillary prominence and upper-lower lip prominence.
