摘要
实施精细化管理是高校图书馆提升服务质量和读者满意度的重要举措。在分析高校图书馆实施精细化管理的社会必然性和自身需要的基础上,分别从文献资源配置、个性化服务、读者满意度的提高及通过树立顶层设计理念来强化管理与服务创新四方面提出高校图书馆实施精细化管理的思考。
Implementation of refined management is an important measure to improve the service quality and the readers’ satisfaction of the academic library. Based on an analysis of the social necessity of refined management of the academic library and its own needs, this ar-ticle offers the author5s reflections from four aspects, namely literature resource allocation, personalized service, improvement of readers’ satisfaction, strengthening management and ser-vice innovation by setting up the concept of top-level design.
