摘要
采用网络调查与访谈相结合的方法对国内21所公安本科院校图书馆的特色数据库建设现状进行调查。调查结果表明,国内公安院校图书馆特色数据库建设有以下特点:呈现形式各异、开放范围有限、发展水平不均、内容有待优化。针对调查结果,提出今后公安院校图书馆特色数据库建设的五条优化策略:统筹规划,保证质量;规范建设,促进共享;技术助力,优化服务;加强宣传,不断增值;重视评价,持续维护。
The present study investigated the distinctive database construction in 21 libraries of police colleges and universities in China by network analysis and interviews. The results showed that the construction exhibited great diversity, including different forms of presenta-tion, varied range of openness, uneven level in development, and inadequacy in content. Therefore, we propose five strategies to improve the situation, which are proper planning and quality assurance, regulated construction and increased sharing, technical development and optimized service, increased media coverage and value increment, taking evaluation seriously and continuous maintenance.
