以orbit专利数据库中新日铁住金公司1985~2013年在中国申请的547件钢管领域的专利为研究对象,总结出其具有五大特点:专利申请量呈逐年增加的趋势;专利布局重点在制管工艺、无缝管、螺纹扣和制管设备;下游用途专利主要是OCTG(油井管)和电力用管;专利质量很高,与国内厂家专利对比明显;瓦卢瑞克是其重要合作伙伴。重点分析无缝油井管和螺纹扣两方面的专利数量年度变化趋势和专家排名情况,从而为国内钢管生产企业在该领域的研究策略提供参考。
An analysis of the 547 patents in the field of steel pipe in orbit patent database applied by NSSMC in China shows that the number of the patents applied is on the rise, its patent portfolio largely covers pipe-making technology, seamless steel pipe, threaded joint and pipe-making equipment, its downstream patents are mainly OCTG and pipes for electric power, the quality of its patents is high as opposed to that of Chinese companies and that Val-lourec is its important cooperative partner. The present article mainly analyzes the trend of the change in the number of the patents concerning seamless steel pipes and threaded joints and the ranking of the experts in this field, with a view to providing a reference for the steel pipe enterprises in China.
