公共体育服务领域协同、并存的多中心治理模式

Public sports service cooperation,coexistence of multi-center governance model

针对我国体育公共服务领域中的政府和市场失灵等困境,以多中心治理理论为视角,提出符合我国国情的多中心治理模式。从多中心治理理论、多元主体选择以及多中心治理理论构建等几个方面进行探讨。获得的启示是:在我国公共体育服务领域,多元主体协同、并存,共同参与治理为主旋律,要不断提升各界人士对多中心治理理论的认同感,同时,政府应积极主动构建多中心治理模式,大力发展和提高体育产业和体育社团的生存能力。

Aiming at the dilemma of government and market failure in the field of sports public service,this paper put forward a multi-center governance model in line with China＇s national conditions from the perspective ol multi-center governance theory. It discussed several aspects of the choice of multiple subjects and the construction of multi-center governance theory. The inlightenment is that in the field of public sports service in China, the multidisciplinary co-existence, coexistence and co-participation in governance should be the main theme,and the public should continue to enhance the recognition of multi - center governance theory. At the same time,the government should take the initiative to construct multi- and vigorously develop and improve the viability of sports industry and sports associations.
