摘要
通过光谱实验分析伞布、白色T恤、防晒服以及防晒霜的防晒机理,探讨对运动防晒的启示。研究认为,深色伞布比浅色伞布吸收紫外线的能力要强;多层夹层和小孔的白色T恤能够增加对光的吸收、散射和漫反射;防晒霜和防晒服主要功能是吸收紫外线。同时指出,利用静态的材料做短时性的固定光的光谱分析,来阐述防晒可能会用到的措施和手段,从面对运动过程的复杂性来看还远远不够,需要保持一个开放性和批判性的思维和视角,用相对精确的数据来说明一些运动防晒理性的问题。
It analyzed the sunscreen mechanism ol umbrella cloth, white T - shirt, sunscreen and sunscreen by spectroscopic experiment,and explored the revelation ol sports sunscreen. It is believed that dark umbrella cloth is stronger than that of light-colored to absorb ultraviolet light; The multi-layer sandwich and small hole in the white T-shirt can increase the absorption ol light,scattering and diffuse reflection; The main lunction of sunscreen cream and sunscreen clothing is to absorb ultraviolet. It is also pointed out that the use of static materials to make a short-term fixed light spectral analysis can elaborate the the measures and means of sun proof, however,it is far from enough on the basis of the complexity of the exercise process. We need to maintain an open and a critical thinking and perspective to illustrate some of the rational problems of sports sun care with some relative accurate data.
