运用SMLC系统检测法学类论文存在误检问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures on Error Detection of Utilizing SMLC in Checking Legal Thesis

社科期刊学术不端文献检测系统(SMLC)为规范我国学术不端行为起到重要作用,但是使用SMLC系统检测法学类论文,出现误检情况较多。针对误检情况,可以通过建立查重白名单、及时更新数据库内容与补充旧的数据、区别对待法学稿件,使用Word或者WPS格式检测文本和开放查重内容网上申报功能来降低SMLC系统的误检。

Social Sciences Periodicals Misconduct Literature Detection System （ SMLC ） plays a crucial role in ruling academic misconduct. However, there are some errordetections when we check the articles5 duplication with SMLC, especially for the Legal thesis’ duplication checking. This problem can be solved through the following ways by building a white list for the duplication checking,updating the contents of the databases timely, supplementing the old d atum, treating the law articles differently,and using the WPS format checking text or Word format checking text or opening online declaration function for the contents of duplication checking.
