北京古村落文化旅游发展状况调研与思考

The Research on Beijing's Ancient Villages Culture Tourism Industry

近年来,基于丰富多彩、独具特色的文化资源,北京古村落文化旅游取得了较快的发展。在现有基础上,通过制定科学的产业规划,实现古村落的协调发展;加强基础设施建设,提升旅游服务水平;加大旅游宣传力度,打造知名文化旅游品牌;以人为本,提升从业人员素质等,切实解决阻碍其发展的几个突出问题,实现北京古村落文化旅游的可持续健康发展。

In recent years,it has made great progress which is based on the rich multi-culture for the tourism industry of Beijing’s ancient villages. Based on the existing state, to solve these outstanding issues, which hindered the development of industry effectively,will be sustainable development of cultural tourism industry achieved by making an overall plan of industry scientifically to realize the harmonious development of ancient villages ： strengthening infrastructure construction andenhancing tourism services as well as increasing tourism promotion efforts and building great famous brands of cultural tourism ; enhancing the quality of staff with the concept of people-oriented, etc.
