儿童用药安全问题及对策研究

Study on Children Medication Safety Issues and Countermeasures

目的探讨儿童用药安全问题及解决对策。方法抽取该院儿科于2015年4月—2016年4月间出现用药安全问题的84例患儿为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨儿童用药中常见的安全问题,并结合实际提出相应的解决对策。结果儿童用药中还存在着很多安全隐患,如抗生素使用不合理、滥用营养药、随意改变用药剂量等问题,应引起充分的重视。结论为提高儿童用药的安全性,应该严格选用抗菌药物,建立完善的评价系统,积极研发儿童专用药物,减少儿童用药中出现的安全问题。

Objective To study the children medication safety issues and countermeasures. Methods 84 cases of children with medication safety issues in the department of paediatrics in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects and the common medication safety issues in children were discussed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forwards combined with the practice. Results There were many safety hidden dangers in the children medication, such as the irrational use of antibiotics, nutritional medicine abuse and optional change of medication dosage,which should arouse enough attention. Conclusion In order to improve the medication safety, we should strictly select the antibacterials, establish the improve evaluation system, actively research the children special drugs and reduce the safety issues in the children medication.
