长春汽开区女性下生殖道致病微生物分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的针对长春汽开区女性下生殖道感染致病微生物展开系统全面的统计分析,从而为临床医师开展的妇科疾病治疗提供经验支持。方法择取2009年1月—2010年1月来该院就诊的瘙痒或者是白带分泌数量增多患者1844例作为该次研究对象,抽取全部患者的阴道分泌物样本,常规取分泌物进行p H值、胺试验、假丝酵母菌、滴虫、线索细胞检查。同时采用免疫层析法及分离培养法检测支原体、衣原体,梅毒血清学检查。尖锐湿疣病理检查。结果该组1 184例患者中,阴道假丝酵母菌病感染797例(占43.2%),支原体感染661例(占35.8%),沙眼衣原体感染120例(占6.5%),滴虫性阴道炎患者206例(占11.2%),细菌性阴道疾病患者168例(占9.1%),尖锐湿疣患者47例(占2.5%),梅毒患者18例(占1.0%),非特异性阴道炎患者125例(占6.8%),其中支原体和念珠菌混合感染221例(占12.0%),衣原体和念珠菌混合感染52例(占2.8%),衣原体和阴道毛滴虫混合感染23例(占1.2%),支原体和阴道毛滴虫混合感染43例(占2.3%)。结论阴道假丝酵母菌及支原体是导致长春地区女性下生殖道感染的主要病原微生物,选择药物时要兼顾支原体感染,混合感染应当引起临床医师的密切关注。 Objective in view of the steam drive in changchun area under the female genital tract infection of pathogenic microorganisms on the statistical analysis of system, thus for clinicians to carry out the experience to provide treatment of gynecological diseases. Methods Will pick in January 2009 to January 2010, our hospital is itching or leucorrhea secretion increased number of patients 1 844 cases as the research object, to extract all the patient's vaginal secretions samples, conventional secretion of PH value, amine test, candida, trichomoniasis, clue cell examination. At the same time by immune chromatography separation and culture method to detect mycoplasma, chlamydia, syphilis serologic test. Acuteness wet wart pathologic examination. Results Of 1184 cases of patients, vaginal candida yeast infection disease 797 cases(43.2%), mycoplasma infection in 661 cases(35.8%), chlamydia trachomatis infection in 120 cases(6.5%), 206 patients(11.2%) with trichomonas vaginitis and 168 cases(9.1%) of patients with bacterial vaginal disease, 47 patients(2.5%) with condyloma acuminatum, 18 cases(1.0%)of syphilis patients, 125 patients(6.8%) with nonspecific vaginitis, the mycoplasma and candida infection in 221 cases(12.0%), chlamydia and candida infection in 52 cases(2.8%), chlamydia and trichomonas vaginalis 23 cases(1.2%) of mixed infection, mycoplasma and trichomonas vaginalis infection in 43 patients(2.3%). Conclusion Candida and mycoplasma is the main pathogenic microorganism Changchun in female lower genital tract infection, the choice of drugs should be taken into account when mycoplasma infection, mixed infection should be paid close attention to.
