提升肛肠外科临床带教质量的有效路径探析

该文提出要提升肛肠外科的临床带教质量,应当切实做好入科针对性教育,积极树立正确的认知观念,注重培养临床治疗的基本技能,需要科学设计临床操作能力的培养方式,强调医学生及时书写医疗文书,提高其参与带教的热情,增强临床实践能力。此外,还应系统设计技能考核指标,改进出科考核效果。只有这样,才能使医学生出科时,能够对易发的肛肠疾病有更深入的认识,并能进行正确的诊治,真正符合肛肠科临床带教大纲的规定,以提升临床带教质量。

This paper presents, in order to improve the clinical teaching quality in the department of colorectal surgery, we should truly do a good job in the targeted education before entering the department, actively establish an accurate cognitive notion, pay attention to cultivating the clinical treatment basic skills, which needs to scientifically design the education method of the clinical operation ability, urge the medical students to write the medical documents in time, improve their participation enthusiasm and enhance their clinical practice abilities, in addition, we should also systematically design the skill examination indicators and improve the after-the-department examination effect, only in this way can the medical students have a deeper awareness of the susceptible anorectal disease at the time of after-the-department, can they be accurately treated, thus truly meeting the clinical teaching outline rules in the department of colorectal surgery,in order to improve the quality of clinical teaching.
