临床路径是以特定疾病为解决对象的治疗程序,不但重视诊疗的时间性与最后的结果 ,还强调诊疗之中各不同专科间的密切协作。神经内科临床路径带教的具体实施方法是根据神经内科的实际特点,并根据带教大纲的规定,科学设计标准化的统一流程,同时,通过制定神经内科中实施临床路径的带教表,来保证其有着良好的计划性、实用性与秩序性。完成带教之后,可从理论与技能两个方面对医学生全面考核。以调查问卷的形式,来全面了解患者对于医学生的满意度。单项评比考核从责任心、积极性、计划性和交流水平进行考核。神经内科临床路径带教,可以使医学生的考核成绩得到明显提升,大大提高患者对医学生的满意度,使医学生对带教方法的更容易接受。
