摘要 临床路径是以特定疾病为解决对象的治疗程序,不但重视诊疗的时间性与最后的结果 ,还强调诊疗之中各不同专科间的密切协作。神经内科临床路径带教的具体实施方法是根据神经内科的实际特点,并根据带教大纲的规定,科学设计标准化的统一流程,同时,通过制定神经内科中实施临床路径的带教表,来保证其有着良好的计划性、实用性与秩序性。完成带教之后,可从理论与技能两个方面对医学生全面考核。以调查问卷的形式,来全面了解患者对于医学生的满意度。单项评比考核从责任心、积极性、计划性和交流水平进行考核。神经内科临床路径带教,可以使医学生的考核成绩得到明显提升,大大提高患者对医学生的满意度,使医学生对带教方法的更容易接受。 The clinical route is a treatment procedure taking the special disease as the object, which not only attaches importance to the time and final results of the treatment, but also emphasize the close cooperation between different specialties, the special implementation method of the clinical routine teaching in the department of neurology is to scientifically design the standardized and united process according to the practical features and requirements of the teaching outline in the department of neurology, at the same time, the implementation of clinical path teaching table in the department of neurology can ensure it is with plan, practice and order, after completing teaching, we can comprehensively evaluate the medical students from theory and skill, and the satisfactory degree of medical students was comprehensively known by the questionnaires thus obviously improving the examination score of the medical students, greatly improving the satisfactory degree of patients to the medical students and making the teaching method more acceptable by the medical students.
