新入职护士的岗前培训在妇产医院的应用

摘要 对新入职的护士实施规范的岗前培训并结合专业的培训办法,使其尽快适应医院环境,转变角色,提升个人专业素质及技术水平,从而胜任护理工作。选取2016年新入职的40名护士作为研究对象,采用传统的"以老带新"的培训方法并结合课堂受教、操作演示和临床实践等多种培训方法经过2周的基础培训与10个月的专业培训后,新入职的护士都以优异的成绩通过考核。对新入职的护士的岗前培训,不但加强了临床工作的适应能力,而且引导新护士提高综合专业素质和护理服务质量,值得推广。 We should implement the standardized pre-post training combined with the professional training method of the new nurses, make them rapidly adapt to the hospital environment, change the role and improve the personal professional quality and technical level thus fitting the nursing work, 40 cases of new nurses in 2016 were selected as the research objects and the new nurses can pass the examination by the excellent score after 2-week basic training and 10-month professional training on the basis of multiple training methods of traditional guidance of experienced staff, performance demonstration and clinical practice, the pre-post training of new nurses can not only enhance the adaptability of the clinical work,but also guide the new nurses to improve the general professional quality and nursing service quality, which is worth promotion.
