“以人为本”理念在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of People-oriented Notion in the Nursing Management in the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics

目的分析"以人为本"理念在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择该院妇产科2015年3月—2016年3月期间收治的住院患者88例,依据来院先后顺序进行平均分组,每组44例。接受常规护理的患者设为参照组,接受"以人为本"理念护理模式的患者设为研究组,最后对两组住院患者的护理效果进行统计。结果两组患者经不同方法护理后,研究组患者的并发症发生率同参照组比对明显较低,护理满意度比例明显较高,住院时间短于参照组,研究组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分改善情况同参照组比对明显较优,组间数据结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理管理中应用"以人为本"理念进行护理管理,效果理想,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of people-oriented notion in the nursing management in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics. Methods 88 cases of hospitalization patients admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the research group adopted the people-oriented notion nursing model, and finally the nursing effect of the two groups was counted. Results After nursing, the incidence rate of complications in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the ratio of nursing satisfactory degree was obviously higher, and the length of stay was shorter than that in the control group, and the SAS score and SDS score improvement conditions in the research group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of people-oriented notion in the nursing management in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics is ideal, which is of clinical application value.
