某中医医院骨伤科住院部中药注射剂使用分析

Analysis of Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection in the Inpatient Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology

目的评估该院骨伤科住院部活血化瘀中药注射剂使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取2016年7—9月该院骨伤科出院病历200份,对中药注射剂的功能主治(或适应证)、联合用药、用法用量、溶媒选择、中医辨证论治及围手术期的给药时间进行分析。结果骨伤科活血化瘀类中药注射剂使用存在功能主治(或适应证)、联合用药不当、用法用量不当、溶媒选择错误、辨证论治不合理等问题。结论活血化瘀中药注射剂的使用应当严格执行国家卫生部颁布的《中药注射剂临床使用基本原则》及药品说明书的规定,规范、合理用药。

Objective To evaluate the utilization of the promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis traditional Chinese medicine injection in the inpatient department of orthopedics and traumatology and provide reference for the clinical rational medication. Methods 200 pieces of discharged cases in the department of orthopedics and traumatology in our hospital from July 2016 to September 2016 were randomly selected, and the functions（or indications）, combined medication,dosage, menstruum selection, syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine and administration time during the perioperative period were analyzed. Results The utilization of the promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis traditional Chinese medicine injection in the inpatient department of orthopedics and traumatology had the issues of functions（or indications）, improper combined medication, improper dosage, wrong menstruum selection and irrational syndrome differentiation and treatment. Conclusion The use of the promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis traditional Chinese medicine injection should strictly carry out the rules and standards of Basic Principles for Clinical Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections and dispensatory issued by the national ministry of health.
