无缝隙护理管理模式对外科ICU院内感染的影响

The effect of seamless nursing management mode on nosocomial infection in surgical ICU

目的探讨无缝隙护理管理模式对外科ICU院内感染的影响。方法选取2014年12月-2016年1月外科ICU 100例术后患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用外科ICU常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施无缝隙护理管理模式。比较2组患者院内感染发生的情况及患者对医护态度、医护水平的满意情况。结果观察组腹腔内感染、呼吸道感染、泌尿道感染、皮肤软组织感染的发生率均低于对照组;对医护态度、医护水平的满意率明显高于对照组。结论采用无缝隙护理管理模式可有效降低外科ICU院内感染发生率,同时提高患者的满意度,有助于患者疾病的恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing management mode on nosocomial infection in surgical ICU.Methods Totally 100 surgical ICU patients receiving operations in our hospital between December 2014 and January 2016 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 50.Both groups were given routine nursing care,while the observation group was additionally provided with seamless nursing management.The nosocomial infection was recorded and compared between the 2 groups.Patients satisfaction to the medical staff and service was evaluated using a self-made questionnaire.Results The incidences of abdominal infection,respiratory tract infection,urinary tract infection and skin soft tissue infection of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The patients satisfaction to the medical staff and service of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The seamless nursing management can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection in surgical ICU,improve patients′satisfaction and promote the recovery of patients.
