超声萤火虫成像技术与X线钼靶在乳腺微钙化的检测的对照研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的:评价超声"萤火虫"成像技术对乳腺微钙化的检测能力,并与钼靶方法进行对比。方法:对145个经常规超声检查异常的病灶分别进行X线钼靶检查及超声萤火虫检查,评价超声萤火虫成像技术显示乳腺微钙化的能力,分析超声常规检查结合萤火虫技术与钼靶方法鉴别乳腺病灶的良、恶性,计算乳腺病灶微钙化的检出率,分析不同方式检出乳腺癌的临床应用价值。结果:首先将X线钼靶技术与萤火虫技术在乳腺良恶性病灶中的微钙化数目进行计数资料的方差分析,得出良性组二者的F=25.051,P=0.000,P<0.05,而恶性组二者的F=0.030,P=0.863,P>0.05,萤火虫技术与X线钼靶技术,在乳腺良性病灶中的微钙化数目上有差异,而在恶性病灶中的微钙化数目上无差异。结论:将二维超声与萤火虫成像技术联合诊断乳腺病灶,其灵敏度及特异度较高,因此应用二者联合诊断对乳腺恶性病灶的早期诊断具有较高的临床价值。超声萤火虫技术及X线钼靶技术在乳腺恶性病灶的微钙化的检出率上检测相似。 Objective:To evaluate the ability of the MicroPure system in the detection of breast tumor micro calcification and compare with the method of molybdenum target.Methods:145 lesions were examined by X ray mammography and MicroPure system test,evaluation of the ability of ultrasound imaging techniques to display the micro calcification of the breast,analysis of benign and malignant breast lesions by MicroPure system and X-ray mammography,analysis of different ways to detect breast cancer clinical application value.Results:First of all,the variance of the number of micro-calcification in breast benign and malignant lesions was analyzed by X-ray mammography and Micro Pure system,benign group F = 25.051,P = 0.000,P〈0.05,malignant group F = 0.030,P=0.863,P〉0.05,the results showed that there were significant differences in the number of micro-calcifications in benign breast lesions using the results of the technique of firefly and X-ray mammography,and was no difference in the number of micro-calcification in malignant lesions.Conclusion;The MicroPure system has a certain value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast,combined diagnosis had more value to discover breast tumor.The detection rate of the detection rate of the micro calcification in the breast malignant lesions was detected by the MicroPure system and X-ray mammography.
