女性2型糖尿病患者不同血尿酸(SUA)水平与BMI、血压和血脂的相关性研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究分析女性2型糖尿病患者不同血尿酸(SUA)水平与体质指数(BMI)、血压和血脂的相关性。方法:纳入2014年3月~2016年3月收治的符合要求的女性2型糖尿病患者300例为研究对象,根据SUA不同水平将患者分为观察组(高尿酸血症患者)与对照组(SUA水平正常患者)。对比观察两组患者的体质指数(BMI)、血压和血脂水平。结果:300例女性2型糖尿病患者中,高尿酸血症患者40例,占13.33%。绝经后高尿酸血症患者BMI、SUA、TG水平显著高于非高尿酸血症患者(P<0.05),而HbA_1c、FPG、HDL-C水平则显著低于非高尿酸血症患者(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。绝经前女性2型糖尿病患者高尿酸血症与BMI有相关性,绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者高尿酸血症与BMI、TG与HDL-C有相关性。结论:女性2型糖尿病患者绝经前血尿酸水平与BMI增加有关,绝经后血尿酸水平与BMI增加及血脂异常有关。 Objective:To analyze women with type 2 diabetes patients with different serum uric acid(SUA) levels and body mass index(BMI),blood pressure and lipids correlation.Methods:300 women with type 2 diabetes meet ed the requirements from March 2014 to March 2016,According to different levels of SUA patients were divided into the observation group(patients with hyperuricemia) and control group(SUA levels were normal in patients).Comparative study of two groups of patients body mass index(BMI),blood pressure and lipid levels.Results:300 cases of women with type 2diabetes,hyperuricemia in 40 patients,accounting for 13.33%.The levels of BMI,SUA and TG in postmenopausal women with hyperuricemia were significantly higher than those without hyperuricemia(P〈0.05).The levels of HbA1 c,FPG and HDL-C were significantly lower in non-hyperuricemia(P〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Premenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus hyperuricemia and BMI are related to postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus hyperuricemia and BMI,TG and HDL-C are related.Conclusion:Patients with pre-menopausal women with type 2 serum uric acid levels and diabetes associated with increased BMI,postmenopausal increase blood uric acid level and BMI and lipid abnormalities.
