2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死中血清hs-CRP、UA水平以及血液流变学指标的联合诊断评价

Combined Diagnostic Evaluation of Serum hs-CRP,UA and Hemorheology in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿酸(UA)水平及血液流变学各指标联合检测的诊断价值。方法:选择2014年3月~2016年3月在保定市第一中心医院接受诊治的ACI患者302例,作为本次研究的试验组,试验组患者根据其是否患有T2DM分为106例T2DM和196例非T2DM,以及110例正常人作为对照组。测定hs-CRP和UA水平以及血液流变学各指标,并进行统计分析。结果:在对照组中hs-CRP和UA的水平显著低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组中,非T2DM组的hs-CRP和UA水平显著低于T2DM组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在T2DM合并ACI患者中,血清hs-CRP、UA水平及血液流变学各指标与脑梗死面积和神经功能缺损程度关系密切,具有一定的临床诊断价值。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of combined detection of hs-CRP,UA and blood rheology indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） and acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods：302 patients with ACI accepted treatment in the author＇s hospital from Feb 2014 to Oct 2016 were selected as the experimental group in this study,and according to whether the patients with T2 DM,they were divided into T2 DM group 106 cases,non-T2 DM groupl96 cases,110 cases as the control group.Detect the hs-CRP,UA and blood rheology indexes for statistical analysis.Results：The hs-CRP and UA level in the control groups were significantly lower than these in the experimental group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The hs-CRP,UA level and blood rheology indexes are closely associated with the cerebral infarction area and different levels of nerve function failure,and they have an important clinical diagnostic value.
