急危重症中床旁超声的临床价值研究

Study of the Clinical Value of Bedside Ultrasound in Critical Patients

目的:分析讨论床旁超声应用在急危重症中的临床效果。方法:本组选择2014年8月~2016年8月我院收治的86例急危重症患者进行研究。结果:本研究86例急危重症患者中,有80例患者的床旁超声诊断和临床诊断符合,其符合率为93.02%;有6例(6.98%)漏诊,其中包含1例黄体破裂,2例急性胰腺炎,1例急性心肌梗死,1例异位妊娠。有56例患者经手术病理证实,而其余30例患者经X线、临床穿刺、CT及实验室证实。结论:床旁超声应用在急危重症中,具有着简便实用、快速安全以及疗效显著等特点,可以更为迅速便利的提供有价值的信息。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of bedside ultrasound in critical patients.Methods：This group was selected in August August 2014 to 2016 in the author＇s hospital 86 cases of critical patients as the observation object,a retrospective analysis of the basic clinical data of all patients.Results：In this study,86 cases of critical patients,80 patients bedside ultrasound diagnosis and clinical diagnosis,the coincidence rate was 93.02%;6（6.98%） cases of missed diagnosis,including 1 cases of corpus luteum rupture,2 cases of acute pancreatitis,1 cases of acute myocardial infarction,1 cases of ectopic pregnancy.There were 56 cases confirmed by operation and pathology,while the other 30 patients were confirmed by X-ray,clinical puncture,CT and laboratory.Conclusion：The application of bedside ultrasound in emergency,is simple and practical,safe and fast curative effect,can provide more valuable information quickly and convenient,worthy of popularization in clinical application.
