疏肝降逆和胃法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Shuganjiangnihewei Decoction in the Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis

目的:探讨疏肝降逆和胃法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择笔者所在医院106例胆汁反流性胃炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各53例。对照组给予多潘立酮片治疗,观察组给予多潘立酮片与疏肝降逆和胃法治疗。结果:两组疗效比较,观察组优于对照组;观察组恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、嗳气、腹痛腹胀等临床症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝降逆和胃法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,降低复发率。

Objective：To investigate the effect of ShuganJiangniHewei decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods：106 cases of bile reflux gastritis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group.The control group was given domperidone tablets,the observation group was treated with domperidone tablets Shuganjiangnihewei.Results：Totaleffective rate of the observation group with 96.23%was significantly higher than that of the control group with81.13%（P〈0.05）.Group of nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,belching,abdominal pain and other clinical symptoms scores were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）Conclusion：Shugan Jiangni Hewei decoction in treating bile reflux gastritis effect significantly,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate.
