Effect of Non Limiting Free Position on Maternal Delivery Outcome

目的:观察非限制性自由体位对孕产妇分娩结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析2014年6月~2015年12月在我院分娩的195例足月孕产妇的临床资料。观察两组分娩时间和疼痛得分的差异。比较两组患者产后出血量及产后并发症发生率及新生儿一般情况的差异。结果:非限制性自由体位组第一、第二及第三产程较传统体位组短,VAS得分低于传统手术组(t=28.045、13.642、9.732、7.790,P<0.05)。结论:非限制性自由体位可明显缩短产程,减少产妇和新生儿产后并发症发生率。

Objective：To observe the effect of non restricted free position on the delivery outcome of pregnant women.Methods：The clinical data of 195 cases of term pregnant women treated in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.The difference of labor time and pain score between the two groups were observed.The postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of postpartum complications and neonatal general of the two groups were compared.Results：The first,second and third of the non restricted free position group were shorter than the traditional group,and the VAS score was lower than the traditional operation group（t =28.045,13.642,9.732,7.790,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Non limiting free body position can significantly shorten the labor process,reduce the incidence of postpartum complications of maternal and newborn,and has the value in clinical application.
