高频超声及肌电诱发电位联合应用诊断臂丛神经病变的应用价值探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究高频超声及肌电诱发电位联合应用于臂丛神经病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2015年1~12月间收治的60例疑似臂丛神经病变患者作为研究对象,分别采用高频超声和神经肌电图进行检查,以最终临床诊断结果为依据,计算两种方法单独或联合诊断臂丛神经病变的灵敏度、特异性和准确率。结果:经手术探查,60例疑似臂丛神经病变的患者中,阳性49例,阴性11例,分别将高频超声、肌电诱发电位单独或联合诊断的结果与之进行对照,则可见联合诊断的灵敏度(97.96%)和准确率(98.33%)都显著提高,与两种检查方法单独诊断的结果比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:高频超声联合肌电诱发电位诊断臂丛神经病变能充分发挥两种方法各自的优势,大大提高诊断灵敏度和准确率,为患者的治疗提供指导和依据。 Objective:To explore the application value of high frequency ultrasound and EMG evoked potential in diagnosis of brachial plexus neuropathy.Methods:In our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 treated 60 cases of patients with suspected brachial plexus neuropathy as the research object,using high frequency ultrasound and EMG were examined with the final clinical diagnosis based on the results of the two methods of calculating alone or combined diagnosis Brokeback plexus injury sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.Results:After operation,60 cases of patients with suspected brachial plexus neuropathy,49 cases were positive,11 cases were negative,respectively,high frequency ultrasound and EMG evoked potential alone or in combination with the results of control and diagnosis,the visible diagnostic sensitivity(97.96%) and accuracy(98.33%) were significantly improved,and the two methods separately the diagnostic results were statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound combined with EMG evoked potentials in diagnosis of brachial plexus neuropathy can give full play to the advantages of two methods,greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity,provide guidance and basis for the treatment of patients.
