放射介入治疗输卵管不同部位阻塞性不孕疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Radioactive Interventional Therapy for Obstructive Infertility in Different Sites of Fallopian Tube

目的:观察并分析放射介入治疗输卵管不同部位阻塞性不孕的临床效果。方法:随机选取2014年11月~2015年11月间接诊的70例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,A组采取放射介入治疗,B组采取妇科内镜治疗,各纳入患者35例,比较两组的结果。结果:比较两组患者近端阻塞性术后1年完全阻塞率,无明显差异(P>0.05)。比较两组中远段阻塞性、输卵管积水性、输卵管及周围组织粘连、伞端闭锁性术后1年完全阻塞率,则提示B组所得效果更为理想(P<0.05)。结论:放射介入治疗近端阻塞性不孕效果理想。

Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical effect of radioactive interventional treatment of obstructive infertility in different parts of fallopian tube.Methods：A total of 70 patients admitted from November 2014 to November2015 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A received radiotherapy and group B received gynecologic endoscopy.All patients were included in the study.The results of the two groups were compared.Results：Comparison of the two groups of patients with proximal occlusion after surgery in the last 1 years,the total blocking rate,no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Comparison of two groups in the distal segment of obstructive,hydrosalpinx,tubal and surrounding tissue adhesion,the end of the umbrella after the closure of the complete obstruction rate of,it is suggested that the effect of B group is more ideal（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Radiotherapy is ideal for the treatment of proximal obstructive infertility.
