振幅整合脑电图在窒息早产儿脑损伤及脑发育监测中的应用 被引量:20

摘要 目的:探析振幅整合脑电图在窒息早产儿脑损伤及脑功能监测应用效果。方法:选取2015年12月~2016年2月我院新生儿科/NICU72例窒息早产儿和72例单纯早产无窒息史的患儿作为研究对象纳入脑损伤组,另选取足月新生儿科高危新生儿72例作为对照组,两组研究对象都连接振幅整合脑电图进行监测,对比两组脑电图显示结果。结果:对照组脑电图电压呈连续性的新生儿占95.83%(69/72),睡眠呈周期性的新生儿占比97.22%(70/72);均分别显著高于脑损伤组的29.17%(21/72),33.33%(24/72),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组监测结果背景活动非正常者占比31.94%(13/72)显著低于脑损伤组的86.11%(62/72),差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:振幅整合脑电监测在窒息早产儿脑损伤的诊断中,能够早期、更敏感地发现病变,这更加利于临床做出诊断并给予治疗,提升患儿的生存率。 Objective:To analyze the amplitude integration of electroencephalogram(EEG) in premature infant brain injury and brain function monitoring application effect.Methods:Choose 2015 in December,2016 to February from neonatal units/NICU72 suffocation premature infants and 72 cases of simple with no history of asphyxia children as the research object into the brain injury group,the other selected full-term newborn pediatric high-risk neonates 72 cases as control group,both groups are connected amplitude integration eeg monitoring,compared two groups of electroencephalogram(eeg) showstheresult.Results:Electroencephalogram(EEG) of the control voltage is continuity of neonatal accounted for 95.83%(69/72),and sleep a periodic newborn accounted for 97.22%(70/72);Were significantly higher than that of brain injury group 29.17%(21/72),33.33%(24/72),the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05).The control monitoring results abnormal background activity accounted for 31.94%(13/72) was significantly less than 86.11%of the brain injury group(62/72),statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Amplitude integration of eeg monitoring in the diagnosis of premature infant brain injury,to found early,more sensitive,pathological changes,it is more conducive to clinical diagnosis and give treatment,improve the patient's survival.
